HP OfficeJet 9012 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Officejet 9012 cartridges depleted message. Had tried numerous things to get it to run, message won't change or allow access to scanner or main menu or anything. I tap the back arrow on the touch screen, even though it's not lit up, until the support menu pops up. I have tried enabling trade oobe, resetting the printer, and going through each setting, but nothing takes away the Cartridges depleted message. I tried contacting HP support online. I was told my warranty has ended, went through every option they gave me and nothing worked. When I told the HP assistant that none of those options resolved the issue, I was told to either buy new cartridges (again) or buy a new printer. So, in conclusion, if my HP Officejet 9012 can not read that the ink is full and there is nothing wrong with it, even though I just bought it last year (the beginning of 2021), then I will take their advice and buy another new printer. However, you can bet your hind end that it will not be an HP and I will never buy from HP ever again. Thanks for taking my money and washing it down the drain for nothing. Have a nice day!
