HP Officejet Pro 6970
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a 3 year old (Out of warranty, S/N [Personal Information Removed]) Officejet Pro 6970 that has suddenly stopped printing Cyan after putting in new cartridges.   I've tried a different Cyan cartridge but no difference, I've removed all the cartridges and reset the printers, I've run all the Printhead cleaning tools on the printer but nothing works.  All other colours are working fine.

Is there anything else that can be done.

Many thaks

Neil

No errors are given. I guess the printer assumes its printing the cyan. I have tried multiple new, HP ink cartridges and it still will not print cyan. The software, drivers are up to date and there is no kink in the line or any other damage.

I managed to sort this out by cleaning the cyan printhead with some printhead cleaning liquid.  I'm guessing the cyan just got clogged up.

Thanks for your help.
