Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ink depleted.  Inserted new HP cartridges but it will not recognize the Majenta.  These are brand new and dated to Mary 2024.  The message is "One or more of the cartridges installed are genuine hp cartridges that have been used previously"  The cartridges are Straight out of unopened boxes.  The new cartridges are all XL and the old ones were normal ones.  Can anyone please help on this issue.

Update Firmware and see if that helps. 

 

Also, perform the steps from this document by selecting the cartridge number.
