HP Officejet Pro 8025 won't print in blue ink

Hello!

 

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8025 that is still relatively new (purchased in July 2020). The first 2 months, I was able to print documents out with no printer quality issues. Soon after, I noticed my printer stopped printing out blue (cyan) ink. Any images that required blue ink, would come out in either yellow or pink ink.

 

I tried all the recommended troubleshooting suggestions (i.e. align and clean printer heads, unplugging to power reset) and even replaced the cyan cartridge with a new HP cartridge and none of those things resolved the issue. I am still experiencing the same issues to this day. I am a teacher, so having a functional printer that properly prints out the correct colors is a necessity to my day to day. 

 

Has anyone else experience this issue and was the issue resolved? What solution worked for you? 

 

Really frustrated that I'm already experiencing issues with this brand new printer 😑

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
