Solved!

HP Officejet Pro 9010 Instaink connection issue

HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All‑in‑One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I hope someone can help me 😊

I bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 9019 and took delivery of it on 02/12/20. I registered for my 12 month trial of instant Ink with no issues.

Today I have been asked to download a new version of the software for the Printer from the HP Print & scan Doctor. So did as it asked and then had a message appear on my printer screen telling me my Instant Ink Subscription has been cancelled!

It also charged the numbers after 9010 [******] and the hpeprint address also changed

When I log into the Instant Ink account online it is telling me my printer is online (Green Tick) but then when I try and get it to connect again using refresh it says offline.

I am now worried that I won't get any more ink under my 12-month trial, or when my plan starts that I pay for next year.

Has Anyone else had this same issue? Should I set it back to the factory setting's and try again?

Thank you in advance.
