HP Recommended

My printer has new ink cartridges installed but will not print in color. I've checked all my settings/preferences, checked drivers and for updates with HP Smart, and done quality assessment test prints. 

 

Cleaning the printheads has gotten the Magenta to print, but the Cyan & Yellow are not printing still. I cleaned the printheads to the 3rd level three times to get the Magenta. 

 

Interestingly, the ink levels are down for those three colors are now reading as low, but again - haven't actually printed on the papers.
