Hello

 

My printer has not been printing properly for a long time. When I print a print report, it prints white lines in black, i.e. it does not print black all over. I have already cleaned the nozzles several times, unfortunately without success. I have also tried to get to the print heads to clean them with nozzle cleaner. Unfortunately, all without improvement. What is the cause of the problem and what can I do? I would like to repair the printer but have no idea exactly what the problem is.
