Product: HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One Printer - B111a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Photosmart 5510 is not printing black. I just replaced all cartridges, cleaned the printhead 3x, and ran print tests.  All color cartridges are printing.  Is the black cartridge defective?  Thank you.
