Front label: HP PHOTOSMART 5514. Back label: Information is as follows, if this helps with specific identification: HP PHOTOSMART 5510 e-All-in-One B111 Series,
I don't have the set up ink cartridges which came with the printer. I need HELP with procedures to bypass SETUP Cartridges. I have store bought original HP 574 Cartridges installed. Unable to get past "Use SETUP Cartridges". HELP... Thank you so much.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
I have found solutions for my device in the community but I lack the credentials (level) to access the information. I sit and stare at my printer with much anticipation. 😉 Is there anyone out there who can HELP me obtain the reset instructions??

@JDubbz, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
