My HP Photosmart 5520 doesn't print black. The cartridges are genuine and new. I've tried the methods specified on the "Print Quality Diagnostics" and also tried other methods recommended by the virtual agent. Still, it cannot print black. The warranty has expired. I do not know how to resolve the issue at this point.
