HP Photosmart 7520 - Just installed new cartridges but the machine will not make copies. It just puts out blank pages.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is making blank copies.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Sorry The_Fossette. I have tried all of that. I di try a new outlet because that never occured to me. I even tried all new cartridges. I cn not align them or clean the cartridges.  I cleaned the printhead to no effect as well.

With the cost of ink, I don't much care for the idea of a new printhead and all new cartridges at this point

I just tried a copy. I get a faded, partial copy with no color.
It also will not let me aligh the cartridges now

It looks like a hardware issue, I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for the printer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
