Product: HP Photosmart 8750 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Wife's printer will print photos in Fast Draft mode color correctly but all other formats have a green tint on the whole print. Has new HP cartridges, have run the head cleaning program, and checked all settings to no avail. It's printed 13x19 photo quality prints the last several years but just started printing in green this week after setting idle and shut off for several months. Did a hard reset as well and that didn't help.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

This could be a printer driver issue.

There is no driver available for this printer which ar econnected Windows XP OS.
