HP Photosmart C4580 - blurred print

We have an HP Photosmart C4580 printier with blurry print output.  We are unable to realign and reset the print output because HP Solution Center (flash issue) no longer works.  We are also not able to use Microsoft HP Scan because our operating system predates Windows 10. 


We can print and scan using "HP Scan Extended" but this package does not provide a settings toolbox to realign print settings and we can not find a menu option for settings on the hardware unit itself.  We are asking HP to provide a way for us to realign print settings - there must be an alternative way or a software package with a printer toolkit that predates HP Solution Center (flash issue). 


HP really needs to do something for all of that relied on HP Solution Center (flash issue) which no longer works.  Stand by your products and deliver a new working software package to customers or we will never buy another HP printer ever again!
