Product: HP Photosmart Premium - C309a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ink cartridge carriage is locked firmly to right side of printer and will not move when power is on or off by any means.  There was not a paper jam causing this problem and seems to be a mechanical problem.  Tried resetting the printer with power removal in addition to pressing # + 6 after pressing power button.
