HP Recommended

I have an HP LaserJet CP1020. The printer started jamming related fuser. I purchased new fuser and new cartridges. The cartridges will not go back in. One side will be not the other. One side seems like it is misaligned or maybe not no the same gear sequencing as the opposing side. I'm looking for resolution or perhaps a company i can send it in for repair. Thank you.
