What cause printhead error? Bad ink, low ink, clog pores, bad hardware, or just built in expiration date (last so long/ print so many copies?

I'd like to help!
The printhead has the same warranty as to the printer, which is 1year standard warranty.
The printhead error could be because of multiple reasons, the type of cartridges, printer usage etc.
