HP Recommended

I have a HP Pro 8100 Printer - said the Yellow Ink Cartridge was empty - replaced with new.  Printer will not recognize the cartridge no matter what process is used.  Have found other thread with this same issue.  Replaced the cartridge with another (gets a little pricey).  Removed the Print Head Carriage, Cleaned the Contact, Unplugged the device,  Absolutely NOTHING has worked.  It won't even allow to print in black and white.  

 

I've not been impressed with this printer since it came out of the box and should have returned it the same day.  Sadly, I think this will be the LAST HP printer I buy.   Given this one last shot.
