I HAVE THIS SMART TANK 500 PRINTER THAT IS JUST OVER 1 YEAR OLD. I HAD NOT USED IT IN A FEW MONTHS AND NOW SUDDENLY IT DOES NOT PRINT ANYTHING BLACK. INK TANK IS FULL AND COLOR WORKS FINE. I TRIED THE APP TO DO THE PRINT HEAD CLEANER, BUT STILL NOT WORKING. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
