Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I've performed several head cleanings and alignments, checked all the configuration, reset the printer (turning it off from electricity both from the socket and taking out the cable from the printer itself), checked the ink levels (all full) and still it won't print yellow completely and blue prints only in lines.

Performed all the instructions from the virtual assistant and still, nothing.

Print head has less than 6 months and checking it out on the paper out of the printer, all 3 lines are being marked.

What else can I do?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Update the firmware. Click here

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridges are faulty or the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
