Product: HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One

I have the HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One Printer.  The yellow ink is not printing even though the tank appears to be 80% full and the estimated tank level says filled.  I cleaned the print heads multiple times and aligned the print heads, but no yellow ink will print.  The yellow square does not print at all on the print quality diagnostic page.  Is there a way to check to see if the tank is clogged or something else can be done to get the yellow ink to print?
