HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One Printer Printhead carriage does not move to center for printhead replacement. I opened the front door, then the printhead access door, but the carriage does not move. I tried gently to move it from left side but it did not want to move. I saw no sign of any obstruction. Tried powering off, unplugging and power on, no effect. I have no cyan or yellow colors printing, but magenta and black both work fine. All tank colors are over half full. I have tried cleaning and alignments. Printer does NOT indicate a printhead error.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
 

Let's start with a Printer Reset

 

(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
 NOTE: HP recommends directly connecting the printer power cord to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
