HP Recommended

After the last update, the App connects to the printer but does not connect to the scanner. Followed all steps of the Virtual Assistant, could only get scanning through standard Windows tools. Could not reach a human agent, as my s/n is for some reason not recognised. Alternative HP scanning apps are not available for download, neither from the HP web-site, nor the Miscrosoft Store.
