Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Samr tank 530 giving only one colour prints even selecting many times black too... 

It's pink then orange and now blue

 

So I ordered new one cartridge 

And here my smart tank 530 not able to put cartridge in middle to replace them

 

I'm unable to do so

Wheever I'm opening lid/cover it's not happening that cartridge comes on middel 

 

Its stuck at one corner

but during print it's moving 

 

What to do?
