The HP Support Assistant program shows different ink information than the display on the printer. The Printer displays that the Black ink is empty and the Magenta ink is full; HP Support Assistant displays the opposite data - Magenta empty and Black 50% full. I tried refreshing the data, turning off the printer and turning it back on. Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the HP English Community --
I don't know how HP Support Assistant gathers Ink supply information.
If you've not done so, perhaps use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to query the printer directly.
