Product: HP Web JetAdmin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Going through the web application and I don't understand/locate the area to disable the "Tray Empty" status for this. We do not utilize the Tray 1 and even do not need to have a status update if the Tray is Empty the users can figure that out. I went through our Print Server and moved from Auto paper to Tray 2 to see if that would work and that did not remove the status. 

 

Can someone please direct me to the right location to disable this, the Help Desk doesn't need this information
