Product: HP X576DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP X576DW magenta color has blank gap when printing diag page. Yellow and Blue look fine. K box has missing color that matches the magneta blank box in same location (9-8.5 on scale)

Open the left door, remove the waste ink receptacle and then lower the paper guide and check carefully all around for any bits of paper that might be blocking the print heads.

Did as you asked. Don't see anything up there. Can see what looks like small rectangle green colored thin boards but that's all. As I said, it prints the Y, C blocks with three bars fine. The M bar looks great till it reached the 7.5 block (think I said 8.5 before) then it's blank other than the border edging. The K block looks great until it reached the same spot and then you can see a color change in it.
