Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased new "genuine" HP ink cartridges.  Yes, they are the correct cartridge number.  I get an error that says the new cartridges are not compatible.  What?

I Could you provide me with more information regarding the ink cartridge you inserted? Can you please provide the cartridge number, for example, 17a?
