HP desk jet pro 8600- N911a printer. [personal info removed]
says no ink, I have replaced all of them twice.
said printer head malfunctioned, I replaced the head twice
cartridges installed incorrectly or out of ink

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
Use HP ink cartridges
Make sure the printhead is seated correctly - Printhead errors
If the issue persists, please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options if the printhead is under warranty.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
