I have an HP envy 4511 printer, if I send something to it from my PC it will only print it in black and white, if I print from cell phone it'll be in color, or if I copy it'll print in color. I've toggled the black and white/color on PC but it'll still only print in black and white from PC.

Check Printer Preferences:

- Right-click on your HP ENVY 4511 printer and select "Printing preferences."
- Ensure that the "Print in grayscale" option is not selected. If it is, deselect it to allow color printing.
