HP Envy 5010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a problem with my HP Envy 5010 printer.

I bought it two years ago and until january it worked great, the prints were perfect. Suddenly it started having problems printing on photo paper (paper from both HP and other brands).
It prints with horizontal stripes and dots and the ink (HP) does not stick to the page.
On normal paper it prints fine, the problem is only on photo paper.
I have already tried to do all the cleaning from the app. The settings and cartridges I use are no different from the ones I was using before.
Yes, I select the "glossy paper" option before printing. Yes, I tried to change cartridges. Yes, I use official HP paper and cartridges made especially for the printer I use.

What can I do?

Here's a photo to make you understand, with stripes and dots.

We can provide the troubleshooting document for this problem.

The document provides the known solutions for quality issues:

No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Depending on which ink cartridges are used in the particular printer, there might be additional checks / solutions to whatever you found in the app.

For example, some printers support replacing the print head (the holder for the cartridges).

What else?

You could try re-cleaning tools again - sometimes it takes more than twice to get the job done.

If you have not done so, replace the ink cartridges.

Hopefully, something will work before you get down to "Service the printer".
