HP Envy 6032

I've purchased a Envy 6032 printer which was delivered today.  The set up was fine, however it printed the test page but only in Black/Blue and then an error code E0 came on the display.  This appears to relate to the black cartridge.  I've removed it, cleaned ist and still have the same error, also tried switching off/on and still same error.  On the instant ink page it is saying the cartridge is empty.  Any suggestions?  I've tried to contact HP, but you only seem to get a virtual agent and I've tried all the suggestions but the issue is still not solved. Pls help!

@Toby89, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you using the ink cartridges that came with the printer?

An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.

This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reseat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.

For more info, refer to - Blinking Lights and Error Codes

Remove the black ink cartridge and try printing/copy in color to check if that works.

Let me know how it goes.
