Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have an HP8020 series printer.  Do I have to be enrolled in the HP instant ink plan?  We don't print enough to warrant the cost, so I cancelled and ordered cartridges.  Now that they're here, they won't work.
