Hi,

 

I had a problem with webservices and i just did a factory reset on my HP Envy photo 6234. Ik removed the printer from the app HP Smart. When i added the printer as a new printer i get an error which is saying something like (its in dutch):

 

"This cartridge is only useable if this cartridge is registered in HP ink, if you think that the printer should accept this cartridge please contact hp ink support".

 

How can i correct this? I tried online to "replace" the old printer and enter the claimcode but i will not continue.
