ENVY Photo 7830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced the HP 303 tri-color cartridge with the HP Instant Ink 64/303 but the printer report a "cartridge problem".

I live in Italy and HP send me this cartidge.

If I install the previous empty HP 303 cartridge, the printer recognizes it correctly.

Il documento consigliato l'avevo già trovato e applicato ma non è servito.
Ho parlato con un operatore HP in chat e mi ha garantito l'invio di una nuova cartuccia.
Sono un tecnico IT e possiedo per casa due multifunzione HP e una stampante Epson: il software Epson è molto più semplice e stabile!
Su alcuni siti di supporto HP non riconosce nemmeno il mio modello HP ENVY Photo 7830!
Pentito dell'acquisto.
