All of a sudden my printer showed the error message "Cartridge problem: Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge...".
I have followed the steps of removing and reinstalling them - plus I have followed the advice given to somebody with a similar problem of pulling the cord out, unplugging and waiting 60 seconds. However, none of these issues have resolved the issue - and I still see the same error message. As I am an HP instant ink customer, it seems that I can't get a replacement ink cartridge, until I have used up the ones in my printer. Catch 22. (Looking at my instant ink account, it seems that the problem lies with the colour ink cartridge.)
