Deskjet 2630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Afternoon,

We have a HP Deskjet 2630 with some spare ink cartridges that we cant use due to no longer being part of the HP instant ink service, how do we use what we have left please? We upgraded this printer to one with a higher spec and it is now only used occasionally.

Thanks

Matt

Instant Ink cartridges remain the property of HP.

The Instant Ink cartridges are yours to use during the time your subscription is active.

After the subscription is terminated, the cartridges should be removed from the printer and returned to HP.

The Cancellation process and all relevant information is explained in your regional Terms of Service Contract.

That said, HP is not going after you for the cartridges.

If you return them, HP will properly dispose of the ink and cartridges.

Regardless, the Instant Ink cartridges are, in fact, now useless to you (locked and won't work in any printer).
