@NishaR, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Oh no, blurry prints can be super frustrating 😣—especially when you need things to look clean and professional. Let's walk through all the possible causes and fixes to get your HP laser printer printing sharp again:

Print Settings:

In the Print dialog box, check the resolution:

Choose "Best" or "High Quality" in print settings.

Under Printer Properties > Paper/Quality, make sure you're not on Draft or EconoMode.

If available, set the print DPI to 600 or 1200 dpi for sharper results.

Toner Cartridge:

Is it a genuine HP toner? Third-party toners often cause smudges and blurriness.

Try removing and shaking the toner cartridge gently to redistribute toner evenly.

If the cartridge is low or old, consider replacing it.

Printer Drum or Imaging Unit:

A worn-out drum can cause blurry or uneven printing.

Dirty Laser Scanner or Fuser Unit:

Dirt or toner dust on the laser scanner mirror or rollers can reduce sharpness.

Run the built-in cleaning cycle if your model supports it (check your printer menu or HP Smart app).

If this page is clear, the issue is likely from your PC's print settings or driver.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
