Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

HP mistakenly sent me an "Instant Ink Cartridge" as a replacement for my Faulty" Standard ink".

Replacement Cartridge was sent to me over a month ago. Suddenly stopped working after restarting the printer

now it's blocked. and they won't send me a standard one as a replacement. Poor Customer Support.

 

E0 error (on Printer) - Incompatible Instant Ink Cartridge (on HP smart)
