HP Recommended

My excellent HP officer 6950 is not printing color well.
In particular it doesn’t print cyan at all. All print cartridges are new. I have run several ‘clean printheads’ sessions, to no avail. I think there may be a blockage in the printer head but I don’t know how to fix it?
Not sure how to remove the printer head?

Everything else works really well and it’s a great machine so I’d rather fix it than bin it. Any help is very welcome. Thank you
