Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i own this printer a long time and never had problems suddenly the printer isn't detecting the print cartriges anymore i treid original ones and other ones nothing gets detected not even the original ones anymore. I went trough all the troubelshooting cleand everything and it is still not working? someone had the same problem with this kind of printers please let me know i dont want to throw them out now.
