HP print black ink cartridges

I have already asked about this but had no response yet.  I  live in Malta and it seems I am unable to purchase the black cartridge for my hp 7520 all-in-one printer over here (the one with the camera on). Where do I purchase it from? 

Why isn't it included in the pack? Why have 4 in the pack when 5 cartridges are required?

I am so frustrated by this and have spent a lot of money on the wrong black cartridges.  It's all very confusing and extremely annoying. Hp in England does not export to Malta.

Someone please help before I chuck the printer through the window!
