HP printer will not print or only really faded in black. all cartridges are new and test performed

HP Recommended
HP Photosmart 6520

New ink cartridges and all diagnostic tests have been performed, yet when trying to print only get an extremely faded to nothing black print.   all colors work fine.

Thank you for your reply. I did all those steps over 7 her, plus all of my HP cartridges are brand new, original. Cleaned & realigned printer heads. Any other suggestions, my cartridges cost me $170.00 and I cannot use them now.
