HP smart , can't find where to go to for cleaning cartridges

I have a ENVY 4520 all in one printer and can only use it with the app HP Smart.  But in HP Smart I cannot for the life of me find where to clean cartridges.  I'm having a problem with it printing the first letter of the first word of the print job. ( For Example ,  in this sentence it will only print haft of the letter T ,. { To whom it may concern  }

Just and update, when you open HP Smart it will show a pic of your printer and your ink levels. if you click on the ink levels it will open up a new page where you can find out how to clean. the problem I was having was fix after I ran the cleaning level then the level 2 cleaning 10 times plus, I ran the Rib cleaner twice and that's when it solves the problem.
