Please Help! 

I contacted the HP support team, they accessed my phone camera and saw my printer, the message on the printer's screen and the ink cartridges. I was told to replace 2 of my cartridges to fix the problem. She sold me the cartridges. After they arrived and were installed the exact same problem and messages appeared. I called back and was told I needed a new printer. I asked for a refund since I bought the ink following her advise. My request was denied, I tried to escalate the case but was still denied. I am flabbergasted that a multimillion dollar company would not refund the cost of 2 ink cartridges to an elderly woman on a limited budget, especially when they were bought on the advise of the support team!!

Any suggestions how to get my refund?
