HP Recommended

My HP2680 is printing blank pages. I HAVE gone through all of the maintenance steps in the HP Smart app (I have a Mac). I CANNOT copy or print. The printer spits out blank pages with no ink (black or color). I have purchased NEW authentic HP ink cartridges and I am still unable to print. I DO NOT have issues with connectivity. There IS paper in the printer. There ARE new genuine HP cartridges installed. I HAVE cleaned THE printhead. I HAVE aligned the printer (or at least tried with a blank page). I CANNOT print a quality report because the printer only prints blank pages. I HAVE aligned the printhead. I HAVE done the Clean Smear. Please help. I kindly ask that I get HP advice that goes beyond "unplug your printer and plug it back in again." Connectivity is NOT an issue. Thanks!
