HP2800e printer brand new. Printing of multiple pages pauses after first page.

Hp Deskjet 2820e. Brand new. Printer pauses after first page during multiple page printing and only restarts when you press the pause \ restart button. Have reinstalled but issue continues. Help as this is frustrating

Printer Driver Check

• Ensure you have the latest printer driver installed. Go to HP Drivers and Downloads to download the latest driver for your DeskJet 2820e.

Windows:

• Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
• Right-click on your HP DeskJet 2820e and select Printer Properties.
• Navigate to the Advanced tab and ensure Print directly to the printer is selected.

Mac OS:

• Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
• Select your HP DeskJet 2820e and click Options & Supplies.
• Adjust the print settings to ensure smooth operation.

Disable Pause Feature

• Check if the pause/restart behavior is controlled by any printer features. Disable pause settings from the printer software or control panel.
