Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How can I prevent the ink drying up because I do not use the printer often. The printer is always powered on. Every time I want to print, I have endless problems and spent too much time trying to get the cartridges to print again. I have replaced cartridges which were still full, but the ink was dry. I cannot replace cartridges with new ones every time I want to print, it is wasteful to replace cartridges that are still almost full. I do not want this frustration and I do not want to waste time to get 1 simple page to print.
