My HP4120 printer shows an error message: incompatible ink. But I bought an original HP 305

I read a lot of instructions and I tried everything: reset, cleaning..don't work

I'm sorry you're dealing with this frustrating issue, especially after using original ink—it must be really inconvenient.

 

Have you tried updating the firmware? If not click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
