We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

Check Ink Cartridge Installation:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridge is properly installed in the printer. Sometimes, it might not be seated correctly, causing printing issues.
  • Open the printer's cartridge access door.
  • Wait until the ink carriage stops moving.
  • Reinstall the cartridge and make sure it clicks into place securely.

Clean Cartridge Contacts:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Remove the ink cartridge from the printer.
  • Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water to gently clean the contacts on the cartridge.
  • Allow the contacts to dry completely before reinstalling the cartridge.

Printer Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about a minute before plugging it back in.
  • Turn on the printer and try printing again.

Printhead Cleaning:

  • Use the printer’s built-in cleaning function to clean the printhead. This can help to clear any blockages.
  • Go to the printer control panel or HP Smart app and select “Clean Printhead”.
