I don't do much printing at home, the Envy 5530 with HP 301 ink was perfectly adequate to my needs for letters and printing copies of bank statements. I am using legit ink, both recently replaced, but colour isn't printing out any longer. What's going on? TIA

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with HP Printer.
To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.

I don't know how much clearer I can be. I have legit black and tricolor cartridges in the printer.
The colour cartridge is not printing out any colour. If I print a page that has a colour logo on it, it just doesn't print anything in colour, only prints the black text. I am super unimpressed.
